Unless you were running ethanol free gasoline exclusively before it was parked you better drain all that gas, the stuff with the moonshine in it can go bad in as little as 6 months. This car was a reliable driving VW, I just started driving a different car and this one has sat in the garage and was neglected. ![]() ![]() I am sure that I will have to replace the battery (any battery suggestions ?), but am curious what I can do to help it start, since it has been sitting with some gas in the tank.
